Services Procedure

1. First, costumer’s services should be informed with E-mail, MSN, QQ, ICQ, Wang Wang or telephone in details. We will promptly make our accurately analysis after informed, and put forward our rational quotation as soon as possible.

2. after about 30%-50% of the total quotation paid by the customer through a bank or network, and the paid bills identified by International Center of Science Paper via E-mail, MSN, QQ, ICQ, Wang Wang, International Center of Science Paper begin translation and other related services.

3. After the entries finished, around 30%-50% of content will be sent to customers for checkout. After the remainder fee is paid, the relevant services and content will be sent to the customer;

4. Service Feedback: It is of crucial importance for customers to make a rational and objective assessment views for our services progress and growth.

5. When words of translation content is less than 500 (in Chinese, consistent as our Centre) characters, it counts as 500 characters; When words of translation content is 500-1,000 words, it counts as 1,000 characters; When words of translation content more than 1000 characters, the number of words is counted as real characters.

6. To be noted, the conventional mass translation can not be mentioned in the same breath with the academic requirements of professional academic papers and science articles. Far complicated labor is required and is dispensable for professional academic translations, but no more than a longer time to fill it in general.
